Ready to Market
In this lesson, you will learn how to get everything ready to market to your Cash Buyers
Create Marketing Materials
Once you have your property under contract, you can begin creating your marketing materials.
- Upload Property to Buyer Site
- Upload Photos and Video to Property Marketing Site
Copy the URL link of your Property Marketing Site to a convenient place. You will want to keep this on hand when you build your emails.
- Create Email Templates
Here's a sample of the one I use. Simply insert a quick pic and hyperlink to property website or video tours.
- Print Property Flyers
Print flyer from REI BlackBook property marketing engine. You will later print the letter script (we will provide) on the back of this flyer. You will mail this in an invitation style envelope to cash buyers in the area. We'll go over that more in detail in the next lesson.
- Create Bandit Signs
Keep it simple! We recommend 7-12 yellow bandit signs handwritten in big black marker with verbiage similar to:
